FREE LEGAL ASSISTANCE
The provision of free legal aid should be based on such principles as objectivity, impartiality, timeliness, equality of citizens ‘ access to assistance and confidentiality in its provision.
Participants in the public system of free legal aid are the Executive authorities and their subordinate institutions, the Executive authorities of the constituent entities, government legal offices, lawyers and notaries. In accordance with the law the bodies of Executive power of regions to decide to establish whether they state legal Bureau or to involve the provision of free legal aid lawyers. They are designed to determine the amount and procedure of remuneration of lawyers and compensation of their expenses on rendering of a free legal aid.
